Project Management and Quality Control
The firm is guided by an internal framework of processes developed by the Royal Associates on project management and quality control of all project work and the work of contractors under our supervision. The team besides having technical professionals to carry out an assignment is supervised by an internal specialized project quality management team. Some of the tasks involved in the project management and quality control procedures are:
- Accounts and time allocation recording and auditing.
- Project implementation schedule with tasks, budgets, time allocation and deadlines.
- Establishment of liaison project contracts for the client, financier and community/stakeholder as necessary.
- Establishment of a project steering committee, for consultation and discussion of project progress, achievement, problems etc. Also the proper recording of meeting minutes.
- Recruitment of local professionals as short-term consultants and personnel for administrative and technical support staff.
- Financial management and disbursement of project funds.
- Editing and approval of submitted project documents.
- Review and adherence to the contract terms.
